Character: Prunes, a touch of mint and good oak in the nose. In the palate, round and balanced.
Serving suggestions: Steaks, souvlaki, ‘bifteki' (beef patties), roasts, lamb dishes and delicate cheeses.
Serving temperature: Best served at 64.4º F.
