Aged In small new oak casks, French ( Allier ), 300 L. M+, for 9 months.
Character: It has a deep garnet colour and rich plummy fruit, with hints of vanilla and oak flavors that linger on the finish.
Serving suggestions: A wine well recommended with beef ragout, lamb and full-flavored aged yellow cheeses.
Serving temperature: Best served at 66-68º F.
